  • Consent form information: information you provide on our client consent form before your session, which may include identity verification and acknowledgments required for tattoo services.

  • Communications: the content of emails, calls, text messages, or social media messages you send us.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and the dates and times of your visits.

  • Cookies and similar technologies: our Site is hosted on Wix, which uses cookies necessary for the Site to function (such as security and session cookies) and may use analytics cookies to help us understand Site traffic. See Section 6 for details.

3. Photos of Your Tattoo

We may photograph finished tattoos for our portfolio and social media (including Instagram @brunodalfito). We will only publish photos of your tattoo with your permission, which is typically requested on the consent form or in person. You may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the photo from our channels where reasonably possible. Reference images you upload are used solely to design your tattoo and are not published.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the following situations:

  • Service providers: with companies that help us operate the Site and our business, such as Wix (website hosting, forms, and online booking), payment processors, and email or scheduling tools. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.

  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our clients, the public, or ourselves.

  • Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Booking and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information, including relying on the security features of our hosting and payment providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
